Aquatic Life Availability
Many factors affect the availability of aquatic life, thus not all species are constantly accessible. The good news is that we routinely receive deliveries, and after a thorough health check, the specimens that pass are put up for sale.
Aqua Tropical Fish Store® takes pride in providing timely, reliable delivery of fish and other aquatic life in excellent condition. As a result, depending on stock levels and the quality of the specimen at the time of delivery, it is likely that not all of the aquatic life you ordered will be shipped out to you. Aqua Tropical Fish Store® only releases fish in pristine condition and with flawless manners.
Our standard operating procedure requires us to meet 75% of an order’s total value with stock items. If a product is out of stock, it won’t be included in your shipment and will be removed from your purchase. We will adjust your order total to reflect the lack of aquatic life goods.
Orders are typically processed within one business day unless more than 75% of the total order value cannot be fulfilled due to a lack of stock, which is extremely rare. If you need to make any changes to your order, a representative from Tropical Live Fish Store® will get in touch with you as soon as possible to go over your options.
Without your permission, we will not make any adjustments to your order, not even to provide an alternate size or species if the one you originally selected is currently out of stock.
